Anyone who uses this service shares the same issue: the upload speed is very slow. Now it appears the company is trying to hide this. - My idrive download speed seems to be capped and just under 150 k/b. Although im running a 75 m/b download and 15 mb upload on tests. - The forums are filled with replies that blame everything but idrive. I cant determine from the sample size what they are doing but putting the incomplete pieces together it looks like they even give higher uploads to people who recently signed up and the longtime customers like us are throttled. This latest update does the job of hiding the uploading speeds. You dont go in there and edit that part of the app accidentally. - Instead, why not just offer a service where can pay more for faster uploads? I'm not here trying to make you lose money. If it costs too much to handle everyone then spread the costs but you dont need to coverup the issue. I'll pay more just cut out the bs.
