I purchased services and installed the software earlier this week (a few days ago). I have run partial backups (albeit slowly, but that is understood) and backed up Gigabytes of data. Now backups on both PCs fail consistently with errors related to Internet connection. It's the same connection that I've used to back up data. When I look for backed-up data to restore, my account shows that I have none. Attempts to sign into my account on IDrive.com fail with a "there was some problem, try again later" message. I have opened a case with technical support but do not expect a reply back until Monday. I had to create a "free trial" account to sign in to be able to post this message. My main account fails to log in to the forum. Is this service completely down? What is going on? Is anyone else having trouble?
